◆ Material : Add molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) solid lubricant to PA6 (Y10 stands for wear-resistant and lubricating modified formula).

◆ Characteristics : 1. Ultra-low friction and high wear resistance MoS₂ is evenly dispersed to form a self-lubricating film on friction interfaces. Under identical working conditions, its wear loss is reduced by over 50% compared with pure PA6. Lubricating oil coating can be eliminated; moving parts operate without abnormal noise and their service life is greatly extended. 2. Balanced high toughness and low-temperature anti-brittle performance Adopting a copolymer modification formula, it suffers little decline in impact resistance at -30°C and resists cracking under repeated opening/closing and sliding motions. Its toughness outperforms glass fiber-reinforced nylon with equivalent lubrication performance. 3. Excellent fluidity, ideal for thin-wall molding Free of glass fiber fillers and featuring a high melt flow index, it is suitable for slender, thin-wall miniature sliding structures with minimal floating fiber defects and a smooth surface finish. 4. Resistance to oil, coolant and chemicals It withstands engine oil, ethylene glycol coolant, weak acids and alkalis, and fits dry-wet alternating working environments inside engine compartments. 5. Stable insulating property With a comparative tracking index of 600V, it is applicable to connectors and electrical sliding sliders.
